Empowered Communication does Mediation, Trainings, Facilitation, and Coaching aimed toward resolving conflict between people, improving communication skills, and helping clients achieve self-actualization in order to succeed at work and at home. We help people resolve their conflicts via mediation, facilitation, and other conflict resolution processes. We do trainings for businesses, organizations, agencies, and individuals on advocacy, anger management, anti-bullying, anti-harassment, communication skills, conflict resolution, management strategies, nonviolent communication, organization skills, strategies for success, and other topics. We facilitate annual meetings, change management, retreats, strategic planning, and succession planning for businesses, organizations, and agencies. We do coaching in how to handle a conflict, goal setting, interviewing, life coaching, management skills, managing organizational change, time management, and in other areas. Mediation, trainings, facilitation, and coaching can be tailored to your specific needs.
Our staff have combined mediation experience of 14 years and almost 700 cases, training and facilitation experience of 39 years, and coaching experience of 17 years. We have the flexibility to provide services whenever and wherever needed. We have the ability to schedule services in an expedited fashion, at very affordable rates, and guaranteeing you practitioners of tremendous skill and experience.
